Just by looking at this photo I can only think about one thing.

I spent a couple days on the other side of the puget sound where 50% of homes and stores have no power.
And the same day I got to pierce county a man and his dog were electrocuted because you cant even walk your dog with out stepping on powerlines that are broken and lying on the ground underneath layers of branches and foliage.
If I wanted to drive on a residential street anywhere then I couldn't even see the pavement. Most streets have been cleared of large trees and obsticles, but I was driving over the layers of small branches that were cut or broken off the fallen trees that had been removed.

there are journals on how camera men in the movies pan shots to make them more powerful. guess thats where i was getting it from
